This month we’ll be discussing Socialism, Imperialism and Anti-War Politics, beginning with Jonah Birch’s article “Are Socialists Pacifists? Aren’t Some Wars Justified?” in The ABC’s of Socialism. We’ll also discuss “Disaster Islamism” by Jamie Allinson and “Globalization and Imperialism” by Ray Kiely from The Elgar Companion to Marxist Economics.
